Binary Options Mechanics

Binary options are financial contracts where you predict whether the price of an asset will end up higher or lower than the current price (strike price) at a specific expiration time.

Strike Price & Expiration

Strike Price: The price of the asset at the exact moment you enter the trade.

Expiration: The duration of the trade. If you select a 1-minute expiration, the trade closes exactly 60 seconds after entry.

Call (Buy): You predict the price will end up higher than the strike price at expiration.

Put (Sell): You predict the price will end up lower than the strike price at expiration.

All-or-Nothing Outcome

If the price ends up exactly equal to the strike price at expiration, your trade stake is refunded. Under any other conditions, it is all-or-nothing.
